Yes we accept BACS payments. Just get in contact with our sales team and they will give you our bank details so you can set up BACS payments.
For account customers, all invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. For non-account customers, payment is due on or before delivery.
Goods may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery and must be in the original packaging, undamaged and fully suitable for re-sale. If goods are returned within 30 days of the date of delivery that have been correctly supplied in accordance with the Purchaser’s order the Company will apply a 15% re-stocking charge, plus return carriage at cost. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept for credit goods ordered specially for the Purchaser.
All prices on the website are shown exclusive of VAT.
No! Delivery is free in UK mainland area on orders of £150.00 or above. (Under £150.00 a small order surcharge of £9.95 will apply).

Yes, we hold 1000’s of lines in stock in our warehouse facility, virtually everything displayed on this website is a stock line ready for immediate dispatch.
Next working day! All orders placed by 12.00pm, for goods available from stock, will be delivered the next working day.
Please fill in a credit account form and send to our sales team – we will get the application in straight away for you. A form can be downloaded from this page https://www.castle.eu.com/register/
There are a couple of ways of doing this – either click on forgotten password on the login page and a new password will be sent to your email, or once you have logged in just click on my account and then profile and you can update your password there.
You can make any amends to your orders and standing orders with the my account section, or to make any other changes please get in touch with our sales team and they will assist with any changes you need to make.
If you have already got a username, please enter that along with your unique password and that will allow you to enter the MySupply portal. If you do not have a username yet, click on register for a new account link and our team will get an account set straight up for you.

You can place orders via the website, or by phoning or emailing our sales team and we will process your order for you straight away.
Our cut off for next day delivery is 12pm.
We are exclusive stockists of the Fenton and Triple 8 brands, and we also stock many different brands some of which are listed here – Tork SCA, Katrin, Kimberley Clarke, Johnson Diversey, Selden, GoJo, Deb, Numatic, Robert Scott, Fairy.
